In the unlikely event that something you ordered from paulmiandharsh.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us at paulmiandharsh@gmail.com to assist you on the same. However, you shall have to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. You may need to provide your account details to process the refund.
An online credit coupon is a credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.paulmiandharsh.com. This coupon is valid for 6 months on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. You will bear any cart value exceeding the coupon amount.
International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at paulmiandharsh@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. You must return the product within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customers. The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Product properties and wash care
All of Paulmiandharsh.com products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing and embroidery.
We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual Colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.
